What is Spark?

Spark is our community of monthly supporters, who are dedicated to Illuminating Hope in the lives of teen mamas. Their generosity enables teen mamas to thrive and reach their full potential.

Illuminate Hope

Every year, over 200 teen mamas come through the doors of Grace’s Table. While every Mama’s story is different, they share one thing in common: a desperate need for HOPE.

From the moment she steps through the doors, a teen mama receives wrap-around care from Grace’s Table staff, volunteers, and community members. For maybe the first time in her life, a young mama feels safe, supported, and loved. For the first time, she is able to truly have hope for her future and the future of her family.

How does a Spark Illuminate Hope?

  • Community

    Your monthly gift provides teen mamas with a community. Every week, teen mamas gather together to share a meal and spend time growing together.

  • Resources

    Grace’s Table provides teen mamas access to critical resources. Through Grace’s Table, mamas have access to mentorship and counseling. Our extensive network of community partners ensures mamas don’t have to go far to find everything they need.

  • Education

    Your monthly gift provides teen mamas with access to education. Every week teen mamas gather to learn important life skills, from budgeting and interviewing to movement and nutrition.

“If I had had a place like Graces Table from the beginning of my parenting journey, I know some things would have been easier, like having an amazing support system and being with others going through the same things as me, I’m still thankful to have them in my life now, though, because throughout my whole parenting journey I knew that my story could help others, could encourage them and give them hope.

  • When you give $40 a month, you are eliminating barriers by covering a mama’s transportation costs. This ensures a teen mama will be able to make it to Grace’s Table every week.

  • Provide a teen mama with everything she needs. This includes a peer support group, access to counseling, transportation, hygiene kits, and more!

  • Make affordable housing accessible and provide a family with the community and support they need to thrive.
